RUBY GAP 2 Sun 9th Sept - Sun 16th Sept $2,100 (Alice Desert Festival Festival begins Fri 7th Sept)

Booking Information

We require your Deposit of $500 to confirm the booking.
Payment for the remainder is due 6 weeks prior to commencment date .

We can accept Mastercard or Visa payments for the deposit, or you can send a cheque. (made out to Larapinta Creative Camps, please)
If you prefer, phone your details through on (08) 8953 2933 Or you can arrange to make a direct deposit, phone us for our account details.

We will send you an email to confirm your booking after we recieve your deposit.

Futher information regarding time of departure and return will also be sent after we receive your booking or upon request.
Information about what to bring will be sent approx 6 weeks prior to your camp or before, if you require it earlier.

Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to commencment date of Camp.
If we do not recieve the full amount by this date your place will be advertised as vacant on the website.
Cancellations after this date will forfiet the full amount.
Deposit is refundable up to 8 weeks prior to departure, less $200 administration fee.
Cancellations between 8 and 6 weeks prior to departure will forfeit the entire deposit.

Note: The itinerary and / or any other details of the trip may have to be changed or varied due to weather, road conditions, or other factors outside the control of the operator.

Booking Flights to Alice Springs:

Qantas is currently the only airline flying to Alice on a daily basis. Tiger flies from Melbourne only and not on a daily basis.

You will need to fly in the day before the camp or earlier, as we will pick you up from your accommodation around 10am
As a rule we don’t get back to Alice in time for out- bound flights on the day we return to town.
The exception being 'Caterpillar Creation Country' Camps at Fenn Gap, as this location is close enough to get back to town in time for out bound flights.
For all other camps you will need to book your flight home for the day after we return, or stay longer as Alice has much to see.
For all camps except Fenn Gap you will need at least 2 nights accommodation in Alice Springs, one before the Camp and one after.

Booking Accommodation In Alice Springs

It’s hard for us to personally recommend accommodation as we don’t know what you expect and there is heaps to chose from.

We strongly recommend however that you stay right in town so you can get around easily, safely and inexpensivley.

Some possibilities in the CBD are:
YHA for good cheap accommodation right in heart of town (they have a limited number of single rooms) Ph: 8953 4165
Desert Rose for middle range and in town Ph: 8952 1411, or Best Western, Elkira 1800 80 9252 middle range, in town
The Aurora Ph: 8950 6666 or The Diplomat 1300 65 6565 are more expensive, but right in town
